Faster recovery from dip beam on automatic headlights

On my 2019 Model S the auto dipping headlights dip very quickly when detecting oncoming traffic, but then take an age (sometimes several seconds) to return to high beam. This is really dangerous on unlit roads, so please enhance the auto dipping algorithm to return high beam as quickly as it dimmed !

Can I add to this a menu toggle to allow manual control of the high beam in addition to the auto dip.

My 2019 Model 3P auto dips for signs and reflective bollards, on bendy roads in the dark countryside this is quite unnerving when you suddenly lose a lot of your vision range entering sharp corners where the 'sharp bend warning chevrons' typically cause the lights to dip.

I've taken to approaching the corners one handed holding the stick as there's no way to disable the auto dip main beam. So you have to hold the beam on to ensure you can see (this is less than ideal).
