Anyone figured out what changed yet?
I ask because Tesla just bought back my car and have one that was built two weeks ago sitting in Fremont that's the exact config I want, but is still a "100D" not "Extended Range" and is code MI03, not the newer MI04 people are now seeing.
The Tesla site mentions in the "Model S and Model 3 are both designed to be the world’s leading cars in their class, built upon the fourth version of Tesla technology." If that means the new battery pack and other things, I wonder if the discounts I'm getting on this particular care are worth it if it's based on an older tech platform.
Thoughts?
