No adapters needed; All Tesla and other EVs in England use a “Type 2” connector.

The only gotcha is if the wall unit is tethered or un-tethered. If it is tethered, it has an integrated cable always attached. Just pull up to it and plug in. If un-tethered, you have to supply the cable. Not sure if new Teslas still come with a cable, but check during delivery if it does.
