I’m not sure. Are all the upgrades for FSD? Not sure how this changes anything on mine, as I have standard auto pilot.

Many of the upgrades ARE for FSD, but not all on every update.

Automatic wiper modifications in past upgrades are an example.

Pretty much every patch upgrade modifies the neural net used for autopilot and safety features. Those are hard to notice unless you know about an edge case. As the driving data builds at Tesla from the fleet, the neural net gets a little better. This is also why you want to apply the patch when you can. The car gets safer.

Also there are games and Easter eggs that can show up for everyone.

I think of the upgrades as four features sets, FSD upgrades, neural net upgrades( modifications to all the features included in the controls), mapping updates and entertainment features.

The neural net upgrades get the least amount of discussion and usually are not written up in the release notes.
