I don't own a 3D printer yet. Which one would recommend budget friendly that will get this job done and others overall?

Have not gotten a 3D printer just waiting for something like this to justify the purchase

I have this one, great 3D printer for the price and a solid machine.
There will be somewhat of a learning curve no matter what kind you buy.
