Maryland excise tax credit.

I've heard that the Maryland excise tax credit program has not been funded yet. Has anyone actually received a refund for a car purchased in 2023?

In addition, I don't see any mention of income or tax liability constraints on the purchaser. Am I missing something in this regard?

I’ve received any check or reply neither after I submitted all required documents. It’s disgusting.

I wene through this back in 2019...applied for the credit, got told they were out of funding, waited about two years until they got re-funded, and finally got the check.
