Hi. Needing to replace the stock GY Eagle F1 Assymetric 255/40R20 that came with my 2020 MYLR.
Went to Costco and they have the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. Warrantied for 30k miles. $360/ea.
They also had the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus (not the Pilot Sport All Season 4 which is the one I’d be used to seeing), for $400/ea. Costco wheel guy said he hadn’t seen these before, they are still 45k mile warranty, seem very similar. The few quirks…
1) the A/S Plus were R (not ZR)
2) they were V, not Y
3) they are directional tread.
Anyone ever use these? Considerably longer on the warranty. Good for a little light winter driving. Are they sacrificing any normal weather performance which is what we usually see 90% of the time in northern ca? What about sacrifice on road noise?
