Renting a Tesla Model S in Tokyo

Hi there,

Does anyone know how I can go about renting a Tesla Model s in Tokyo?

I found an APP called Anyca; however, It won't let me download it due to location. I am also getting the impression that it will be difficult to navigate because it involves a rating system and is all in Japanese from some of the review I am reading.

Are there any other locations in Tokyo I can rent a Tesla from?

Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
