Tires still mounted have at least ~50% tread left, original OEM Michelin PS4's 235 35 ZR20's

I noticed on one of the wheels there are some small "tool" marks. The other 3 wheels are clean and factory fresh. I wanted to mention this because buyers (and car folks) are meticulous and want the best stuff for their buck, I don't blame you, so do I. Pic below of the wheel with the marks. No repairs have been done to any of the wheels.
