Seattle: 21" Model S Wheels for trade with 19" wheels

I have 21" OEM wheels with a fair bit of curb rash. I'd like to trade for your 19" wheels.

My tires are at EOL, but if you have new tires, I'll pay you for them.

I'm happy to drive to Portland OR/Vancouver BC and we do the swap in a car shop of your recommendation.
