Service for plastic part of seat?

Hi guys,

My MYLR is less than 2 months old and I’ve had some parts come off the seats. I tried snapping them back on, but they just don’t stay. Anyone else deal with this? Is this something I can make a service request for? Thanks.

Just open a service request in the Tesla app. Include a brief description of the seat issue and upload the photo with the service request. Mobile Service (where available) should be able to determine if the parts need to be replaced or just re-installed.

This exact same part came off when I pick up my car from the dealership.

They replace the white plastic clip on the spot and it stayed there ever since.
