Not entirely clear this has been approved - it was submitted for review without a requirement for a public hearing (and was only a partial site plan insufficient for construction). As such, initially including it as in planning (vs. permitted).

Virginia's Phase 1 Nevi Plan was just to focus on Alternative Fuel Corridor gaps. It looks like many of Tesla's current planned or recently opened locations are similar and cover quite a few identified gaps, but my guess is there would have been considerable delay waiting for VA's very slow and limited NEVI approvals. It could also be that Virginia is being stricter in their interpretation of NEVI station requirements than other states. Superchargers don't meet a plain reading of the card reader and voltage requirements, and won't until both V4 dispensers and cabinets are in the wild.No.
