Tampa FL Service Center

Does anyone have any recent experience or input re dealing with Tampa’s SC for service, maintenance, repairs?

I went in recently to have my windshield replaced. Great service. Granted it was performed by Safelight on Tesla property, but the Tesla staff are the ones who checked me in. No issues.

I've been dealing with the Tampa service center a lot since delivery in March. They're not very responsive to messaging in the app. Could be better on that front. I've resorted a couple times to stopping by to talk to the supervisors or managers when I had an unanswered question and there are some cool guys there. They're nice but just overwhelmed.

From what I understand the management changed there a few months ago and they're trying to get better. They have been generous on the loaner front which is nice but it pays to be nice yourself.

There is a new service location in St. Pete but that's much further for me. So I really can't compare my experience to any other locations.

I find it odd in Florida that they don't have a covered area to drop off cars. Bring your umbrella.
