You notice the rear crossmember svc bar is not a restricted part. Anyone can go to Tesla service center and buy brand new for current retail price of $125.
Would you consider realistic price of $50 ?

The additional reinforcement that is there when you have a third row seat is a restricted part.......#1 is the part the OP is talking about. Or at least it use to be a restricted part. Maybe they recently changed it.
Yes, it is no longer showing up as a restricted part anymore in the service center part order systems. But the 8 M10 bolts that hold it to structure are restricted now, though the service center is more than happy to sell those for $0.35 apiece from their local inventory.

Ordered it at the service center without a problem: $140 is the current price from Tesla for a brand new one.

I sold my rear seats but kept the extra reinforcement on my car just for added protection from a rear end
