Will this damage in PPF Self heal?

I attached the pictures. It’s been like this for a month. It happened after rocks came flying from a trailer and one hit the door. The PPF feels rough and its not noticeable unless you look for it. I wanted to know if this kind of scuff on the PPF heals over time?

Also wanted to ask this doesn’t look like actual damage underneath right?

If it’s not damaged underneath I’d probably just leave it as is since it isn’t that noticeable.

not sure what type of ppf you have on your car.. but the shop i use sometimes use a liquid to bring it back to normal or sometimes a heat gun..
