If that’s an actual picture of your tire and the rest of them are the same age you should replace them because it is not safe to drive on tires that are that old. The date code shows it is 8 years old. Tire tread compound degrades significantly with age and has poor braking and traction. Tread can look fine but it is only a small part of safety.
