WTB - 21" black arachnids/tires/TPMS - in or near NC

I see them for sale in CA, but would like to snag a new or lightly used wheel and tire package near central NC.
I know I can order them new but looking for a spare summer set of wheels at a fair price. Current generation TPMS.
