Same issue on my driver's side door. The fit and finish issues seem to continue with Tesla. This is one of a handful of issues related to misalignments and deficiencies I discovered since picking up the car over the past few days.
That is true. Tesla seems to be very accommodating as far as these fit and finish issues are concerned. We are waiting for a date to bring it in. I believe I read that they spend an average of $1,000 per vehicle to correct these imperfections. Not sure how accurate that is, however I would not be surprised if it were higher than that.
