Every now and then I find the forum tools quite useful. If I had wanted to surround myself with misogynistic a-holes, I would have looked elsewhere.

I test drove a new Model S last week to see if I could deal with the stalk-less steering column and drive mode slider thing on the main display. I couldn't - everything about it is awful. The small button to activate the horn makes it unlikely that you'll be able to find it in a panic stop or...

I did that in 2019 and regretted it on the drive home. M3P4EVER

Not for me - none of those additions would overcome the ridiculousness of button-operated turn signals and gear selection, especialy when the company parts bin already has perfectly capable and familiar alternatives available. If the stalks go away my next new car will be a Volvo.

Who says the refresh will be an upgrade? What if it's about incorporating production efficiencies and decontenting various items - like shifter and turn signal stalks, for example - to boost profits? If so, I'll be content with my '22 Model 3 for quite a while.

No stalks, and I walk(s)...

I appreciate the offer, but I'd prefer to make one sale for the complete set of wheels/tires/TPMS sensors.
