I did the same thing, keeping MCU1. However, I've got major slowdown issues, sometimes, the navigation would not load, voice input would not work... I cleared up all the nav. history to make them all "work", the other thing I observed was it takes about 5 minutes to reboot the big display... on...

I had the same issue... however, someone mentioned that with the new update, the command input procedure changed to "Touch" the button, let the button go ---> "speak" the command ... that's it! The hold the "button", speak and release... does not always work with nte new release.

I've noticed the issue ... especially on curvy roads. I talked to one of the local tesla technicians as he was fixing my car, he mentioned that this is not a hardware issue, a future release should fix the "lane hugging" issue

tech center pushed 19.24.4 to my car a few days ago. The problem is 99% fixed. It used to see sold line/lane to the left. with the new software, occasionally the car does not see the left lane. I talked to the local support person and he said that the firmware team is aware the "issue"

I got a response from tesla support yesterday saying their firmware team is aware the issue and the fix should be in the coming release.

Two lanes for the same direction... tesla is pretty good at making sure car doesn't pull on to the other lane.

Don't know the map version, I need to check. The maps were improved a bit this year, it used to have a LOT of wrong speed limit data, now, it's 90% correct on the local speed limit. I doubt the issue is map-related, though.

Mine is AP2, not sure if 2019.24.x is available for me or not.

Got 2019.20.4.2 a week ago. Now, on most of the local/in-town roads, it does not see the left lane while on the right lane. Without seeing the left lane, autopilot won't able to change lanes from right to left. It's okay on highways. Has anyone experienced this type of issues?

There are other thread about this as well, I wish tesla could invest few engineers working few months to get this done. Since there are cameras around the car, getting a composite 360 view should not be a hard thing to do.
