FWIW, I am taking my X in on Thursday for the second time related to the Washer Pump not working. I don't live where is regularly below freezing and I keep my X in the garage. I post the outcome after Thursday.

I saw this exact same problem as of yesterday. It was working just fine for a while and now no matter what I do I get the "Unable to connect to your vehicle" while trying the summon function. All other functions work fine.

Looking for Blue, Black, Silver, or Grey 60 (or 40) Tesla Model S. High Mileage ok. Needs to have at least Pano Roof and Tech Package. Thanks!
