I did it in Switzerland. Stupidly pressed buttons to quickly on my iPad and accidentally ordered and guess there’s no turning back.

In Switzerland (and perhaps Germany), nearly everyone who ordered EAP and took delivery in late Feb got an SMS from Tesla saying they will get FSD for free. It makes sense though, for example, I took delivery on 1 March and could’ve returned the car and ordered a new one with FSD for the same...

Completely OT, but what is the point of hiding the VIN?

I'm getting the front of my new M3 wrapped this week with Xpel Ultimate Plus. They're doing the hood, front fenders, front bumper and (A?) pillars (the ones that are next to the windshield). Doing just this was a 1/3 of the cost of doing the full car and it covers the most vulnerable areas...

I got that same. This is really good on Tesla if it is indeed making us equivalent to buying the FSD option today. Of course, I could’ve just returned the vehicle and ordered a new one but the chance of me doing that we’re slim when I could instead just complain here.

I’m at the delivery center in Zurich now. Tons of cars in here but only a few customers. My delivery specialist was accompanied by a new joiner so they are staffing up to handover more cars.

I never received an SMS or the 13.20A so I called Tesla yesterday. They said they’re organizing everything for me. Now the question is how do we get the FSD for free...

Do you know whether we have to get l number plates ourselves or whether Tesla organizes for us? I don’t have a car yet so am unfamiliar with the process.

And just like that I get an unexpected email that I can get the car on Friday!

I finally got through to Tesla on the phone. The delivery date on my final invoice is when they expect the car to arrive in Switzerland. Delivery to me will still take 1-2 weeks. Now I can relax without stressing...the magic of communication!
