“Square” set of 19” Refresh Model S Tempest Wheels with All Season Vredestein Tires - Bay Area

I don’t have a great answer for you unfortunately. I had a lot of confounding variables (ski rack on the car, significant elevation changes).

“Square” set of 19” Refresh Model S Tempest Wheels with All Season Vredestein Tires - Bay Area

For sale are four OEM Tesla Tempest wheels w/ 255/45R19 Vredestein Quatrac Pro All Season / Winter Certified Tires. This is a "square" set of wheels where the rear are 9.5" wide (matching the front) instead of the standard 10.5". This allows for easy rotation of all season tires so that they...

4x Vredestein Quatrac Pro All Season Tires 255/45/19 (Model Y Gemini Size) - Bay Area

I used these tires for approximately 2-3k miles last winter (I will confirm the exact mileage shortly, need to call my tire shop) for trips to Tahoe. They are an ideal tire for wet weather as well as trips to the mountains -- they are a comfortable all season with a long treadlife and the 3PMSF...

Anyone Painted The Refresh Tempest Wheels Black?

I have a stealth wrapped black 2021 model s; the charcoal color under the covers is a bit of an awkward contrast with the rest of the car and so I've been wondering about painting the wheels black. Anyone done this? Saw a few threads from a year ago but no photos.

    Refresh Square Rims for Winter

The setup you're asking about works fine. I use it for my winter tire setup. I have four of the "front" wheels. It sits ever so slightly deeper in the rear wheel well but it looks fine.

Are different versions of Tesla Vision Cameras to blame for the wide variance in perceived phantom braking?

Do we know what upgrade Elon is referencing then? His message implies there have been different cameras used historically on cars that have shipped with (otherwise) FSD-capable hardware?

Are different versions of Tesla Vision Cameras to blame for the wide variance in perceived phantom braking?

I have a late 2021 Refresh Model S. I have noticed that the image quality on my cameras is quite poor -- very pixelated, headlights at night cause massive flares in the image (to the point where even if if my human brain was interpreting just that image vs looking out the windshield, I'd slam on...

Tesla Vision coming to radar-equipped cars on 2022.24.6

This was my exact experience in a 2021 TV Model Y. I now have a refreshed S with Radar that handles these roads just fine and I desperately don’t want to go back in time to constant “slam on the brakes.” For those who have driven in Tahoe, the road that is just a disaster on TV is 267 from...
