Well I think they’ll be some happy people down the South West pretty soon. Followed a car transporter full of Highlands today along the M4 and then onto the M5 possibly heading to the Bristol Collection point .

Have a Barclaycard Fuel card from work and added that to my Tesla App. Have a Mina ( All Star ) card as well and use that at any other charger I just need a tap and charge. Have the Electroverse app and RFID card as well and that has my Barclaycard Fuel Card as its default payment method

My experience of the IONITY chargers at J17 truck stop is that they can be a bit hit and miss communicating with the vehicle via the app. They have now installed a contactless payment terminal so if you don’t have the app you can still charge using a debit,credit or fuel card.

Used it today on the way to Hayle to pick up our rescue dog. Driving the ID3 was happy to find open to all makes. Had a cracking sausage sandwich in the cafe, and 3 hours out of home bumped into a chap I know from my time at BG . Small world!

No comments yet. But to be honest, it’s a company car, it’s an EV so low BIK. It’ll get me from A-B in a planet friendly manner. Wipers, cameras etc, I’m not going to get my knickers in a twist. And it looks pretty cool. Winner winner chicken dinner for me :)
