I was at this supercharger 2 weeks ago, and it was great. I was there tonight, and seven out of eight stalls were malfunctioning! And it wasn’t a problem with my car, the guy at the one working stall said it happened to him too. In-car it’s showing as four out of order.

Does anyone have any updates on this? We’ve been seeing it for about three weeks (and we’ve only owned the Tesla for four weeks!). We’re still on 2031.35.102. I have a mobile service visit scheduled for next week, but I’m not expecting them to be able to do much if it’s a software issue.

It was definitely a case of terrible timing on my part. If I had noticed that value two days beforehand, or two days afterwards, it would have been different enough from the car's advertised range that I probably (hopefully!) would have clued in to what it was.

I called the number for the local store. One of the phone tree options was about “existing orders”, or something like that. I’m pretty certain it sent the call off to a central Tesla call centre.

My EDD was updated again today, from Nov 4-7 to Nov 1-7. No VIN on the webpage, but I called Tesla, and they had a VIN for me!

I got my Vision Agreement and an updated EDD! I signed in this morning and was immediately presented with the Vision Agreement. I agreed to it, and was sent to the normal page afterwards, but my EDD hadn't changed. A few minutes later I reloaded, and my EDD had moved. Still no VIN. Sept 9 OD...
