I thought about the heat shields from evnomics, but the freight cost was through the roof. Also, they are currently unavailable.

What I can't understand is why the radio in the Tesla is so poor compared to all the other cars I own. There has to be a logical explanation for the lack of sensitivity.

I have noticed that the sensitivity of the AM tuner in my Tesla is pretty low. Parked in the garage, the signal is very scratchy and when driving the electric motors can be clearly heard over the incoming signal particularly in regen. Has anyone else noticed this?

I replaced the halogens in my Subaru with Philips 35 watt HIDs, they turn night into day. Might be the go with the Tesla.

I was at motor registry today and the guy in charge said that they have registered 23 Teslas so far in the ACT. Since we know that there are only 8 HPWCs in Canberra and surrounds, it would appear that many are taking advantage of Canberra's lack of stamp duty.
