Update: I took it to nearby tire place and they advised not to replace the tire as the damage is minimal. They asked to keep an eye on the tire pressure for couple of days. I dint see any changes. Thanks for all the help.

Thanks for all your help. I really appreciate it. I guess I will need to replace the tire. I couldn’t find discount tire near me and Costco doesn’t have these in stock. The car has under 500miles, will it still require to replace both the tires ? Any ideas how much will it cost to ask Tesla...
