Finally got a delivery date scheduled for next week, 10.5wks into my 2-3wk estimate. Blue/white/19s in NH, picking up in NJ.

My completely unhelpful SA has told me that home delivery is not a service Tesla offers. I live in NH where there is no Tesla presence. Honestly I'm happy that I'll be able to look the car over before taking delivery.

They are supposedly providing me with a one-way rental from Enterprise on my delivery day. I'm over 300 miles away from my delivery location.

Found an updated, corrected copy of the bill and it does indeed only apply to cars registered in NJ, which makes sense.

Can anyone confirm that this only applies to vehicles registered in NJ, and not to all cars sold in the state? I'm not seeing any language to that effect in the legislation text.

Got a text saying delivery is now estimated at 3-8 weeks from now. Ugh. SA is still claiming Tesla won't deliver to me in NH, and is playing dumb about any sort of credit for failing to deliver in time for the tax incentive.

When does this take effect? Is it limited to NJ residents, or can anyone that buys in NJ take advantage?

I ordered a blue LR AWD on Dec 8th, still no VIN, despite the estimated delivery still saying 2-3 weeks from order date.

Nope. Delivery estimate window still says 2-3 weeks from order date, which wrapped up last Sunday. Can't get my SA to respond.

Maybe with the end-of-quarter volume, there aren't enough available trucks? At least they are covering the cost of a one-way rental for me.

Ordered LR AWD / Blue / B/W / 19" / AP on 12/8. Estimated delivery still shows 2-3 weeks from order date, but still no VIN. Also, since Tesla doesn't have a sales license here in NH, apparently I'll need to travel to NJ to take delivery. Hoping to hear something soon!
