    Model 3 for commuting

Ditto to Big Earl’s comment. I purchased a M3LR for a 230 mile round trip commute. Don’t regret it for a second. I do have some phantom braking at times but I always float my foot over the accelerator and keep hands on the wheel. Not a huge issue (better in newer versions of the firmware) but...

    MyQ now shows error

The relink worked! Haven’t seen this email yet, but also haven’t had any communication from them since starting the trial. Thank you for the link and information!

    MyQ now shows error

Same issue here. Expires 1/29 and all I get is “Error” for the past couple days. I emailed them yesterday and asked for clarification on renewal and subscription. Still waiting on an answer.

    Checking for updates…every 24hrs?

Just noticed that today myself. Can’t force a check except every 24 hours

    Jeda warning

Same here (sort of). I received my hub console several months (6?) after ordering. It doesn't work. I've emailed them and filled out the Google form and have had NO communication from them since.

iOS 16 Public Beta - Tesla App and Watch for Tesla App

Another thing I’ve noticed that, unpairing and re-pairing my phone to the car results in the phone named “iPhone” in the Tesla, even though I’ve renamed the phone in General-About. Not sure if it’s a Bluetooth bug in the beta or something in the communication. Planning to pair to my laptop to...

Tesla website down? [07.04.2022 - resolved]

    It’s working here.

Gen 3 Wall Connector current decrease? Anyone else seeing this?

Actually, the table above was from the car's screen data. I have (since then) written a groovy app to read the Json from the wall connector API and log the data into a database table to get the current/voltage measurements directly from the connector. It matches what I'm seeing in the car...

Gen 3 Wall Connector current decrease? Anyone else seeing this?

Contacted Wall Connector Support chat via the website. The checked my car and wall connector. The wall connector is fine but the car is throwing an alert related to the on board chargers. Guess it’s service appointment modification time. :-/

Gen 3 Wall Connector current decrease? Anyone else seeing this?

According to the API (completely disconnected), it's 238.2v (currently). This is the normal average for my home. In addition, we have one of those Ting home power monitor things and it hasn't seen any dips in the power (within a standard band): { "config_status": 5, "contactor_closed"...

Gen 3 Wall Connector current decrease? Anyone else seeing this?

Good idea... I'll have to find a private one to borrow as, since I live in Alabama, it would require a trip to Georgia or Tennessee... But that's another soapbox of mine. :P

Gen 3 Wall Connector current decrease? Anyone else seeing this?

Using the measurements below, it looks like the maximum resistance I would see is about 0.3 Ohms. Unless I'm missing something here, I don't think it's the wiring or connections. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. The car is currently upgrading to 2022.16.2, so I'll check it again...

Gen 3 Wall Connector current decrease? Anyone else seeing this?

I'll go back and check the voltage to see if it sags at the higher current limits in a bit. I just did the whole password reset thing and will give it some testing shortly. I really appreciate all the input!!

Gen 3 Wall Connector current decrease? Anyone else seeing this?

I appreciate the help with this one! Unfortunately, I've tried that too. Tried making the change in the car has the same behavior as making the change in the app. I doubt it's the issue, but I think I'll change my Tesla credentials and hopefully deauth all the things I have connected...
