Tesla software is in serious trouble this year. We are at mid may but the software release has stuck at Jan.

My SC gave me quote for both. 3510 or 3160. Looks like the price on website is BS

It shows stop signs and traffic lights. No cones, trash cans etc

AP2+MCU1, upgraded to AP3. Same choppy video. I tried both flash drive and high endurance SD card. I wonder if MCU2 upgrade can make it better.

Have you tried dashcam? How’s the video quality? The system shows me new nav data available after upgrading to ap3. Not sure if I need this for traffic light recognition. Same as you, I haven’t seen any new visualization after the upgrade

MCU1 doesn’t support viewer. I unplugged the drive and played it with my laptop. I suspect MCU handles writing video to the USB drive. It can’t handle complex scenes due to poor performance.

I just had my FSD upgrade. No MCU2 upgrade performed. Yes, it has front and two side views. The video quality is the same as what you get from the 2.5 car in that YouTube video, which is super bad. I'm screwed if I'm in an accident but my dashcam dropped a few important frames... Maybe MCU2...

Scheduled an appt in Montreal SC. Looks like they can only upgrade FSD computer, not MCU. Interestingly, I have MCU1+AP2.0, and I'm told that they can do the upgrade
