In 2015 I installed a 10.5kW Solarworld/SolarEdge system with 25% yearly excess. Made sense to buy an EV and use the excess instead of getting paltry refunds from Edison.

I have an electrical/electronic engineering background and started several tech companies back in the 90's in areas of digital document imaging, and internet access for small to medium-sized companies.

I'm currently retired and look forward to traveling the country in my Tesla.

2014 Model S85 CPO acquired April 2017. Canceled Model 3 reservation one month later after falling in love with the Model S. Took delivery New Model S Long Range Dec '23 and xfered Lifetime Supercharging from 2014 MS.
