A friend in Chicago told me that you can program your Tesla to charge overnight when electricity is cheaper. Does Ameren in St Louis have anything like this?

So we stayed at a Marriott that said it had a charging station, but the plug didn't fit in our Model Y's charge port. Am I missing something obvious?
