Not when I had my battery replaced. Information came straight from multiple people at Tesla including the insurance company. Only new cars then received brand new batteries. I had my work done at a Tesla dealer.

I felt the same way but it will get worked out. Get it towed to Tesla and talk with your insurance company. Tesla will take a look and tell you what damage you have done. The insurance adjuster will go out there and confirm it. Mine wrote a check to Tesla right there and then minus my...

Why would you think that? I had mine towed to the local Austin Service center and they did all the work after getting approval from my insurance company. All good.

Scratching my head as to why you would want to own an expensive Cybertruck when your credit is not good and have to do the other things you mentioned. Is a Cybertruck that important to you? Its just a vehicle.
