Tesla will NOT allow accounts w Cybertruck reservations to change E-mail addresses

i think it is worth mentioning that the best buy example is not really representative. there is a big difference between exchanging your spot in line w someone else and then going home vs having 5 buddies join you in line at the last minute. the former does not negatively affect those in line...

Tesla will NOT allow accounts w Cybertruck reservations to change E-mail addresses

touché. i legit feel bad for all the eBay buyers that are getting fleeced... the listings are basically fraud at this point, no?

Tesla will NOT allow accounts w Cybertruck reservations to change E-mail addresses

i am going to have to disagree with you there. i think it's OK for a friend or family member to pass on their reservation with no money changing hands. do you consider it "line jumping" when some dude joins his GF already in line for popcorn at the movies? where do you draw the line? is it based...

Tesla will NOT allow accounts w Cybertruck reservations to change E-mail addresses

i take no issue w tesla employing anti-scalping tactics. in my case, my friend ordered a CT believing the price would be significantly less. he can no longer afford to proceed with the transaction. he knows i want one and would love to gift me his reservation, but at this point i do not see this...

Tesla will NOT allow accounts w Cybertruck reservations to change E-mail addresses

"If you let someone take over your entire Tesla account then you can effectively transfer any Cybertruck reservations that exist in that account to another person..." or so the saying goes which underpins countless eBay listings purporting to let anyone purchase "day one reservations" with a...

    My new Juicebox 40 issue

OP stated he was buying another non-Tesla EV in the near future. the adapter for TWC > J1772 is $159 (linked below) is quite large, and maxes out at 40a. as opposed to the J1172 > Tesla adapter that is tiny and included free w every Tesla (JuiceBox solution)...

    My new Juicebox 40 issue

reasons to install a 3rd party charger instead of using the included mobile connector: you want to keep the mobile connector in the car at all times you want more power than what the mobile connector puts out (often 32a vs 40a or 48a) you have more than one EV and don't want to run 2...

Willing to trade my Model X for Model S

I am willing to entertain offers for my brand new White Model X for a Model S plus cash. My Model X is fully loaded except for the larger wheels (don't care for the harsher ride) and tow package. The Model S would have to be a P85D or P90D w autopilot. Model S must have less than 20k miles...
