I'm interested in knowing if anyone knows a way to get updated SSL keys without being eligible for eMMC recall or upgrading to MCU2. I would imagine having the Tegra board replaced would have SSL keys recreated in the process. Or maybe there's a procedure for tesla service to just reprovision...

Killing the IC's eMMC is not a big deal... just replace the IC. They're only like $200 on eBay. Do a software-redeploy after it's physically swapped and if the rest of the car is in working order, you should be good to go.

You could replace your Tegra board with eBay 256166977500 2020.36.16 board. You would however need to have your SSL keys extracted off the current eMMC in order to maintain communication with Tesla aka App access.
