    Delivery was pretty smooth for me. The only thing I’ve noticed is when I’m driving there’s intermittently a high pitched almost whine sound. Has anyone experienced this? I suspect this is probably normal with the electronics

    Update on my question above. I’m at Tesla waiting to take delivery and they said they do reimburse depending on distance traveled up to 150. Check in 6-8 weeks. We’ll see if it actually happens, but figured people would be interested in knowing that it’s possible.

    No, they offered it to him for making the drive. I heard of other instances like this before. Specifically the ny location though, because of franchise laws there’s only a few spots where you can pick up in my thats out of home delivery range.

    anyone know if Tesla reimburses for cost of transportation to take delivery? I had to rent a car to go pick it up ( ~300 miles away) it’s not a deal breaker for me but just curious, as the cost is not insignificant.

    I realize there’s tons of opinions on this. But what do people think about screen protectors? Have people had easy scratches on their screeen? Cracks? I don’t mind fingerprints, but if the screen is durable I hear the screen looks bet
