yes had the seat belt on, car went from park to neutral, not reverse when shifting up..- Computerwise

Car won't go in reverse goes into neutral instead..
Had the car 1 week. love it, and this just happened a few minutes ago. Car is parked in my driveway, nothing behind the car for at least 10 feet, put my foot on the brake, shifted up to go in Reverse, car goes into Neutral instead. Repeated the step several times still would not go in Reverse...- Computerwise

"Met the X" yesterday...meh
After waiting 2 + years for the Model X I too am very disappointed after my Model X test ride. Bought a BMW X5 new in 2015 (which I still like) as I needed a new car and have a 17 year old new driver who needed my old car..POsitives-- all electric, handling excellent, love the touchscreen...- Computerwise
