I have been with Progressive since 2004. I got my Tesla 85D late December 2015. My first full 6 months has cost $400. Paying all at once saved me $75 or so. I didn't shop around as I think this is a good deal.

Yep, not sure why service charge is more for TOU...

TOU rates are the same all year. The times are different during summer. - - - Updated - - - Your TOU rate makes more sense to me as the off-peak is half of standard rate and service charge is the same.

I was at the Scottsdale store in mid-October for a test drive. They told me a service center in Tucson was being planned for 2016. I hope that will happen. Having a service center in Tucson makes a lot of sense for the surrounding cities/towns.
