I believe I can answer this for you. My wife and I have his and hers Model X's. Both are silver. She has black interior and I have white. No question white looks far better but is not practical if you have kids.

I have had this problem for ages. I have reported it to Tesla numerous times. I have also shared video I have made. So far they tell me that they cannot duplicate the problem and don't have a solution.

Heading back to Seattle from Fremont today. Last week we drove down Hwy 101 from WA to CA. Due lack of superchargers on the road we had to decide whether to zig zag back and forth or use DC chargers. In the end we did the zig zag method for most of the trip. Loads of fun. Highly recommended...

I love the look of the Model X s well.

I had exactly the same problem under exactly the same circumstances yesterday. I resolved it by exiting the vehicle and locking it. Then getting back in and pressing the hazard light button to turn it off. Definitely a glitch that TMC need to look into.

1000 mile journey and here we are at the Tesla factory. Tour tomorrow!
