How to get my referral KMs?

I bought a new model 3 LR 2 weeks ago... WITH a referall code I submitted to the "Tesla Advisor" who helped me purchase the car... however, it's yet to show up on my account.. and of course I've talked to him about it numerous times, and it's always "oh I'll have to talk to a specialist" or...
