Picked up my SR+ yesterday. Delivery was pretty straightforward, didn’t see any issues that would need addressing. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Changed my config to white seats after initial order and definitely glad I did that, they definitely add something over the black seats.

For anyone in Colorado, I spoke to an SA this morning, who said I should be getting a VIN later this week or early next week, and almost certainly getting the car itself by end of next week. Fingers crossed that's right!

So far as I know, you have 2 options: 1. Try to get in touch with your SA and have them match you to that VIN. 2. Place the order to secure the car, then call your SA and have them merge the orders together. 1 is the safest bet to avoid paying a second $100 order fee, but you run the risk of...

I had the exact same thing happen today - got a 1-2 week text yesterday. Will check back if I hear anything on delivery or VIN assignment.

08/03: Order White/Black 18" SR+ 08/10: Received 4-7 week text 08/25: Received 3-5 week text I've been thinking about switching to the white interior, but I worried about it setting my delivery back. At this point doesn't seem like it'll have much impact.

My only hope is that the rush to get deliveries completed before end of Q3 doesn't mean an uptick in QC issues; no idea whether that's been the case in the past but it's at the back of my mind.

Colorado here, ordered white/black, aero wheels on 8/3. Got the 4-7 weeks text today. Assuming at this point I’m looking at late September for delivery.
