Honestly probably, what you really need to do is let the pack deep cycle 0% to 100% repeatedly. Your bms is is not showing your real range and hiding low cells. Deep cycle your battery to reset your real range

I had my battery replaced with a referb 85kWh pack. Do not expect to get 265 miles of range when replaced. 252 is my 100% sorry far. Not complaining just alot of people get their hopes up.

Just got a newly refurbished pack after battery failure. Went from an A pack to a B pack. Did my first cycle charge 5% to 100% and got 254 at 100%. Outside temp was 45 so hopefully get some more range as temps warm up

Unsure my pack was a 85kWh and at 26 miles or so per every 10% brand new I assume I was only getting about 20% total capacity at the end equaling 45 miles.

Correct the car regardless of set level would not charge above 45 miles. I did drive it to almost 0 and tried again to charge and got the same result

It dropped from 235 to 207 to 187 to 45 in consecutive days. I always got about 235 at 90% for about a year that's how knew there was an issue

Yes the charge cycles in about 3-4 days started falling. Got a new battery in about a week, SC gave me a tesla loaner while I waited

Always charge to 90%... this is show the consecutive days where the battery was consistantly losing range till it would only charge to 45 total miles. Did not matter where I put the charge limit to it would not take a higher charge
