    I think the actual part number is 1072586-00-A. The number you posted (1027584-00-A) seems to be the Model X hitch, which will cost you more and won't work on your Model Y.

    All current models, yes. But older Model S/X do not come to full stop; regen stops below about 4 mph and then you coast.
