    [UK] 2024.8.x

I’m in the same boat. Nothing automatic and nothing when I went and did the daily manual check from the car.

    [UK] 2024.8.x

It's still trickling out according to TeslaFi. Sadly, still not hit my car yet!

What happens when you drive from UK to Europe? Headlight? Self drive overtaking?

Here’s the message. I had to pop over earlier in the week. Came up on the slip road from the Eurotunnel as soon as it realised I was in France, this popped up. The inverse happened when I got back to England.

    Tesla Alternative?

Their website, when set to UK, says 2027 deliveries starting for the R2

Is this infotainment status normal in service menu?

The connectivity is an ongoing issue in the UK. My FIL and I are both experiencing it on our Model Ys and have filed support cases and had similar replies. FWIW, I don't think they're fobbing me off. It feels like something network/provisioning related vs a hardware defect with the car.

App nor octopus IO not waking up model 3

There are presently a lot of connectivity issues in the UK. I'm having a ton of problems with the connection just dropping out in locations of strong signal. My understanding of how Tesla tells a car to "wake up" if it's in sleep mode is via a message sent over the cellular connection. If you're...

Homelink Firmware Bug Confirmed By Tesla

To be honest it’s been so intermittent and infrequent that I’ve never done anything more than reset or leave it alone and chalk it up to software oddities.

Homelink Firmware Bug Confirmed By Tesla

I’ve got a first-off-the-boat model Y and had Homelink installed the next week. Those symptoms (Homelink disappearing randomly) have been ongoing for a few months for me.

Have you received a refund on FSD

I went the section 75 route back in 2020 on my original 2019 Model 3.

    MYLR all season tyres

They extend over the rim just a bit. Ignore the 44PSI on the inflator, BTW, it undermeasures so I have to set the fill limit higher

    MYLR all season tyres

I have had cross climates on my Model 3 and got Quatrac Pros on my Y. They worked wonders in the snow and ice we had down south last winter and have been lovely in the summer heat. I went for the Quatrac pros this time as they rated higher in water vs the others which is more typical than snow...

    MYLR all season tyres

I have a set of Vredestein Quatrac Pros that I fit a couple of weeks ago. I’m in SE England and went with them vs the Cross Clinates as they rested higher in the wet which is way more common than a straight snowfall here in the Southeast. (I say that as I watch snow falling outside). No major...

EAP and FSD price at UK

Nope. Never did. I suppose because it was a section 75 and not a straight chargeback, it fell through the cracks of their finance department.

Octopus Energy, including Intelligent and go

It's the giving up of control that I don't like. I'm not a fan of them pinging the car's API. I just want a 5 hour chunk of time every night with low rates without giveng them access to my car controls.

EAP and FSD price at UK

I ended up doing a Section 75 claim against my credit card on my first Model 3 when they failed to meet the "coming by the end of the year" claim and failed to disclose a number of things requiring driver input (land changes etc). It took a bit of doing but I had 90% of the purchase price...
