    Premium Connectivity in Canada

My account shows the same expired status, but my car still shows Premium Connectivity as an included item. Has anyone actually seen the feature disappear from their car, as opposed to their web account? If not, I'm wondering if this is just a change to how subscriptions are shown on the web...

    Ontario green plates

I'm just happy that EV plates still exist and that the HOV lane benefit still does (though living where I do in Durham Region, I rarely have an opportunity to drive where there is an HOV lane). I'm really surprised the PCs didn't kill those at the same time they killed the EV rebate. But...

    Premium Connectivity in Canada

I just did a support chat to see if I could get a refund on the $15.xx I was charged for premium connectivity on the day my account was flipped over to have free premium connectivity and was told there is no option available to do a refund. I'm not overly concerned - I was going to pay for it...

    Premium Connectivity in Canada

Same here - I'm still on LTE. Further, I don't see how 3G could be considered premium connectivity since it wouldn't support watching Netflix or Youtube, which are documented features of premium connectivity.

    Premium Connectivity in Canada

I agree in general, but I'd still love to see something that indicates this is going to last. Ultimately, since I was paying for premium connectivity, this will come down to whether I'm billed for it in November, I guess.

    Premium Connectivity in Canada

Right - we know for a fact that configuration changes are pushed to cars without software changes. That's what this seems to have been. The open question is "why", not "how"...

    Premium Connectivity in Canada

I don't see how it can be just that, given that it shows on the web site as well. It seems almost impossible that equivalent bugs would be both in-car and on the web site at the same time. This could be a data issue where accounts got mistakenly changed, but that would likely be unrelated to...

    Premium Connectivity in Canada

I don't have FSD so that can't be what's going on.

    Premium Connectivity in Canada

It's as good a theory as anything, given that Tesla hasn't explained why they added it. What confuses me is why SR+ owners, including me, got if. If this is about what was advertised to premium interior owners (e.g. non SR+ trim levels) and the lawsuit, why was the SR+ included?

    Dashboard Range Estimate

I bought my Model 3 SR+ in March and the dashboard range estimate is now running about 10% low - around 350 km instead of 385. is this number affected by driving style or cold weather (I live near Toronto)? Or does this decrease represent something I should be concerned with?

Premium Connectivity cost $9.99/month for many Model 3 versions

No but my SR+ just got the satellite maps today. I’m assuming they will be notifying us shortly.

    Premium connectivity

Same for me. Looks like they pushed a configuration update.

Does Canada get all the features of 2019.40.50.1?

I now have satellite maps and live traffic data in my SR+. However I did not when I was out in the car three hours ago. Looks like they are pushing configuration updates. I assume that emails about paying for these features will be coming very soon.

    Premium connectivity

I see the same. At least streaming still works. Not surprised to see them cut this off but to do so before giving us a chance to purchase premium connectivity?

    Premium connectivity

    Not in Canada they haven't.
