Just an FYI, Tesla Engineering followed up. They advised that the reason that my car would not sleep was due to the TeslaFi API calls, they also stated that this was the cause of draining two 12v batteries in under a week. The stated any further battery issues I would have to cover the price...

Yes i have tried all of the above, and followed the TeslaFi how-to document on getting your car to sleep. No luck the car NEVER comes out of online state.

I find it also interesting that the headlights turn on in the first video, and are already on in the second. Is this just an auto feature of the wipers coming on? Also, the Road surface around the centerline looks very un-standard.
