That’s great to hear. Glad you got sorted. A relief to see those numbers again I’m sure. The new gateway for me resolved that issue of no server, no signal. No sign of an inverter for me yet.

Update: I received a new gateway, which resolved both of the connection issues (No Signal, No Server). The technician confirmed that the inverter had failed and he would request a new one. I've just received an email from Tesla that states: So disappointing. I wonder if the Texas sun didn't...

4-8 weeks :( I'm already 4 weeks out as I was away when it failed, so possibly 3 months without solar during peak production. Super.

I missed a step in the troubleshooting, moving the switch on the inverter to 0; I then see the blinking red and green lights, so this confirms inverter failure. Worth checking yours if it's the same issue. Tesla have ordered a new "Gateway Monitoring Device", as nothing I do will bring the Neo...

That's great info, thanks. Still a toss up between Reliant and MP2. I have a $150 cancellation fee with Reliant, so it my make sense to stay with them, switch to their solar plan and monitor the costs.

Update: got PTO last Thursday after reminding Tesla that the install had been completed, Centerpoint were quick to approve (2 days) once done. I never did trial it before PTO :) Happy with the production figures so far (56.9kWh so far today), I saw a peak of 11.2kW at one time (is there a way...
