After a trip to Inverness in June I emailed Tesla support about the incorrect location of the chargers at Perth. They finally replied last week, only a 4 month wait, to advise that they are reviewing my email. I’ve just had a quick check and they are now marked in the correct location on the...

    Macclesfield to Elgin and return

Thanks everyone for tips and advice. We ended up having a short stop at Tebay, it was very busy, and a bigger charge at Perth and we were the only car there. Planning to use Charge Scotland in Elgin at 28p kWh then two quick stops at Perth and Tebay on the return. It’s been our first long...

    Macclesfield to Elgin and return

We are going to a funeral in Elgin on Monday so planning to drive up on Sunday and return on Tuesday. When looking to plan charging through Tesla website it’s suggesting a stop at Gretna and Aviemore on the way up and then Aviemore, Abington and Tebay on the return journey. Any tips etc when...

I’m planning to use the Warwick SuC on Saturday either on my way to the Tesla event at Bicester or on the way home to Macclesfield. Has anyone used them recently and do they get busy?

    Price hike

I bought my M3 RWD with white interior and 19” Sports wheels in March this year for £46690. To buy it now less than 3 months later it would be £52190, a rise of £5500. Would I have bought it at £52190? Probably not.

UK 2022 Orders to Delivery inc the shipping thread for posts with no shipping news

The big advantage of being at the Debenhams end where I picked up from was that the cars were brought from the holding area and put on charge. When I collected mine it was at 80%.

    Number plate security and attachment

It may not be used in a criminal act such as burglary etc but it could be put on to a cloned car to avoid parking fines, speed cameras etc and as the OP says it a white with aerp and how many of those are around? I would get a crime number just in case any of the above happen as it did to...

Trade in values seem high again ?

When I had ordered my M3 I submitted my Leaf to WBAC and they offered £10,600 and 5 days later I got an email saying my offer was about to expire and I should resubmit. I did and the offer went up to 10,900. I did this several times with the highest being £12,400 at which time Tesla had told me...

    Insurance

Unless we have the full details of where people live, their age and occupation and driving history including points etc none of the prices quoted are relevant. For example I'm 58, live near Macclesfield, work from home with the odd the work commute and have a clean licence and have never had so...

Whats your favourite and least favourite supercharger and why?

I’ve only used two so far, Trafford Centre and Stockport but Stockport edges it for the free coffee and biscuit.
