    Ah yes. Tesla service at it again in the East.

    I’m really hoping Rivian gets service right as I have high hopes for them. I’m seriously loosing faith in Tesla. I have two, X & 3, love them both, but not sure I can but another with how service and build quality appear to be getting worse as time go by.

    They will open fully as long as Automatic (not low) is their setting and it is not near a low roof that it has sensed overhead. For example, my MX knows in my garage to only open the doors low because it has a proximity sensor in the roof. But when I park in the driveway they still open low...

    Where can I buy HEPA filter without the housing?

    So I went to my local service center today to purchase a HEPA filter for my model X, it was $220, then they brought out the filter with the entire plastic housing it goes in.     News for Model X owners with the dreaded shudder

    I have all the new parts and the clevis, but I also still have some shudder under heavy load, uphill acceleration etc. not sure if I can live with it yet, I think I’ll have to bring it up yet again on my next visit to the service center.

    How to Buy and Extended Warranty

    Went to myTesla account today to buy the warranty, which I have seen there many times, but now that I want to buy it, I find it's no longer there to buy (I'm still well under the original warranty). Guess I need to go into a service center, sucks.

    Be careful inserting and removing the supercharging into your charge port

    Both have been missing on my 2017 for quite some time, and I won’t get it fixed in case I come across a supercharger with that plastic bit stuck in it and not be able to plug it in all the way to charge.
