If it isn't supported in the US yet, that certainly explains why the option to add the wall charger to the Tesla app. Poor documentation on the quickstart guide too. I was able to add, configure my wifi and also connect using a 3rd party app, but not Tesla's app.

After getting under the dash and looking there is a pivot point from the pedal to the braking system. Hit the pivot point with some teflon spray and the squeak was gone.

Yesterday, TESLA was at the charger replacing whips, servicing the charger and fixing charge 1A that has been cutting off for the last few weeks. My charge yesterday seemed much faster even through they didn't upgrade the chargers.

You may also want to try looking into different tires that are quieter (and of course 19 inch rims).
